Meet Our Staff
Bill & Becca Bates - Lead Pastors
Bill & Becca have served DCC since 1987 and ministered prior in Tacoma, Auburn, Spokane and Sedro Woolley. One does not talk with them very long before you sense their passion for the Lord and the love they have for their family. Their five children are all involved with ministry. They have two married children and three others still at home.
Sean Swope - Youth Pastor
Sean has just recently joined our staff in June ‘08. He is a graduate of GTC and since then has pastored youth in Vancouver, WA and Overland Park, KS. He has a heart for youth ministry and is excited for what God is doing.
Chris Moore - Office Administrator
Chris has been working for DCC since the summer of 2006. He is a GTC graduate and has a heart for ministry. He is currently coordinating and teaching the 1st thru 6th grade students on Sunday Morning.
Ryan Bates - Director of Generation Training Center
Ryan has served with GTC for 5 years and has just recently taken over as the Director. He has a huge heart to train and disciple college age students.
Darla Carns - Office Assistant
Darla has been on staff since the summer of 2006. She works in the church office as well as other areas of service. She currently coordinates the children ministries and our fellowship time in Coffee Connection.
